1. Deployment of volunteers in 2020
  2. We want to deploy at least 6 volunteers to reach the maximum number of sex workers for that at least to meet the basic needs of volunteers on their service we need USD 450 per month.
  3. The same will continue in 2021. (If work increases there are probabilities of increasing volunteers.
  4. Mission Staff
  5. Mission director: to look after the whole mission and reporting we want to keep the mission director for that to meet His/her basic needs USD 145 per month. The same will continue in 2021.
  6. Mission coordinator: To look after the works of volunteers and to organize vocational training and related work to transform sex workers’ lives we want to use 1 staff as a field coordinator for that to meet the basic needs of
  7. His/her we need USD 145 per month. The same will continue in 2021.
  8. Mission registration
  9. We want to register Tamar Mission Nepal as NGO in Nepal Government for that we need at least USD 500.
  10. Office
  11. Office room: We need an office room for our mission that costs USD 136 per month as rent.
  12. Furniture: we need an office furniture set that will cost USD 636.
  13. Office gadgets:  we need gadgets for our data analysis and saving of reports for better official work that will cost USD 1836.
  14. Shelter home
  15. In 2022 we want to start a Tamar shelter home that can accommodate homeless sex workers who want to leave their profession and start a new life in Jesus.
  16. We will keep them in Tamar shelter home until they are ready to work by themselves for their livelihood.
  17. This whole project of Tamar shelter home will cost USD 445,918.
